They can do anything you want them to do in a house. 10/9/2009

We are a property management firm and have been using Capital Carpet Cleaning for about 4 or 5 years. Their versatility is definitely what we look for: They can do anything you want them to do in a house, from drywall to carpet cleaning to flooring. They have worked on 5 to 10 properties for us. They clean carpets and fix holes in walls. It is a lot easier for us to use them because they fix everything in one go, so we do not have to hire multiple vendors to do the work. Everything that they have done for us has turned out well and met our standards. I definitely recommend Capital Carpet Cleaning because of the range of services they offer. Very good, reliable company to work with. They don't give me a headache! 10/8/2009

Capital Carpet Cleaning does the carpet cleaning for our Senior Living Apartments and they do a wonderful job. Their prices are good and they come out the day we call them. They mainly do the carpet cleaning for move-outs as well as the carpet cleaning for our common areas and community rooms. We also have used them for water emergencies after-hours and they have come right away with no problem. Capital Carpet Cleaning is a very good, reliable company to work with. They are not a contractor that we have to babysit. Rather, they take care of everything and clean up well afterward. We have no complaints. Christy M.
