Worst possible service. Going on 2 years still having problems. Canopie leaks on both sides. CU balming Manufacturer and avoiding phone calls. Not dealing with resolution. Does not return messages. Person to handle issue always gone when call regardless of time of day. When does answer phone gives lip service and has no action to back it up. Time to go to BBB and AG. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. No amount of promises are worth this and the low price does not make up for it. If you have an order in cancel it, get your money back and pay the extra for a reputable store. more

H O R R I B L E - Do not do business with these scammers/idoits. Ordered standard canopy and put half down deposit, they said it would be ready in two to three weeks. Three months later of going back and forth with this disaster business, still no canopy. Finally asked for full refund of my deposit and it took another month of calls back and forth to get it. Repeat: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS. Find another Portland canopy shop. more

We truly regret so much for having recommended this place. We have never seen a business so careless about their clients as this one is. 4 months of getting jerked around. They don't have the decency to answer or return your phone calls and emails to get the status of your order. Had to cancel the order since they could not produce the equipment ordered, again, that's 4 months of patience on the client's part.. Don't make the mistake of pre-paying, it gets worse, you have t fight to get your credit card account credited for the equipment you never got, oh, and hopefully, you don't have an accent since they think you'll be difficult to work with, I call that discrimination,. It's been a nightmare of an experience, all I can say is don't even consider this place. Never again should we recommend this place to anyone. more

Strongly recommend you don't do business with this company. They don't stand behind their products and provide the worst service we have ever experienced. The canopy was faulty, wore the paint on new truck to the metal and Canopies Unlimited denied any responsibility. They returned the canopy to the manufacturer and we were to get a replacement in 4 weeks. That was at least 12 weeks ago and we get the runaround each time we call. No full refund and no canopy and damaged truck. They never call us - we call them. At one point we were told the daughter bought the business from her father and nothing they can do. Please, think twice before doing business with this company. We're probably going to have to go to small claims court. more

I have a late 60's pick up truck that doesn't fit ANY of the traditional sizes offered up and down the various canopy dealers on SE82nd. Canopies Unlimited was willing to work with my odd sized pickup bed, order the parts required to built he canopy and custom built the canopy to suit the specific needs I had. AND their prize was easily $200 less than any other bid I received. It took a little longer than usual, but the results are that I have a well built, one of a kind canopy that works! If you have an older truck, call Canopies Unlimited. They'll work with you while other vendors might just send you along. more

Wish I read all of the reviews before going to this place to buy a canopy for my truck. Worst quality products and customer service. When there's problems with the products they sell, they refuse to make it right and throw you under the bus. Little do they know who they screwed over this time around!!! I recenty bought a canopy for my 99 toyota tacoma truck! Canopies Unlimtied was very helpfull, and the quickest with delivery! It was recomended to me to use this company after many friends and family told me what a great experience they had, and how happy they were with their purchases! I shopped for weeks for the best deal, and Canopies Unlimtied had the lowest prices, and fastest turn around on delivery! I would recomend Canopies Unlimited to any one looking for a canopy, or any other needs for their truck! They had the friendliest staff, and best prices! I ordered a canopy for my T100 and what they ordered was a different style. So, they ordered another one, except it was for a Toyota Tundra. again a wrong fit and the color was very off. Cons: I will never have to deal with them again more
