This is a great hotel if you are staying for an extended amount of time and you are on a budget. They have a refrigerator, stove, and utensils/pots/pans/plates. We went grocery shopping and had a ball. They had a laundry room and a small convenient store which was open 24/7. A few problems that I experienced was that housekeeping never made an appearance for the 4 days I spent at the hotel. I had to use the bags from my groceries to put extra trash in because they never came to take it out. Let's not even mention the towel and washcloth situation. more

Great hotel for extended stay or overnight 5/26/2009

My husband and I stayed there for a day on a weekend. We were near tons of shopping area. You can "rent" videos from the library. You can also use laundry for free. The rooms are decent with full size fridge, microwave, oven, pots and pans, etc. Pros: Free laundry, kitchette in room, ample parking, etc Cons: N/A more

Will always stay here... 6/11/2007

I actually look forward to seeing my customers in the Richmond area because I know I will be staying at this hotel. It?s a Candlewood so it has the usual amenities (suite or mini-suite, ?Cupboard?, free laundry-room, free DVDs, etc.), the rooms are a great work environment and they give me a great rate. I recommend this place to anyone I know that stays overnite in Richmond. more
