Wouldn't go anywhere else! 5/11/2010

I purchased my Altima at Campbell Nelson Nissan and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. The sales person was upfront, respectful and went out of his way to make my experience a positive one. I go to Campbell Nelson Nissan to this day for all my car service needs and continue to receive the same high level of customer service I experienced the day I purchased my car. Campbell Nelson is a a rare find: A company that truly cares! Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable and reliable Cons: A bit of a drive from my house...but I do it gladly more

Helpful and courteous staff 11/4/2009

The gentleman at the parts counter was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions, printing up specs for parts for me, and in general made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I really appreciate the quality of service I got here. Pros: you can ask anything and they'll do their best to help Cons: Prices of a dealership, to be expected more

BEWARE 7/28/2009

Once they have your money, you can forget about their customer service or fulfillment of promises! more

Oh these people! I've had a Volkswagon for years now, and Cambell Nelson is far and away the most unfortunate experience I've had. I warn anyone considering going to Cambell Nelson to think twice. They're customer service was terrible, and their honesty was non-existent. Cons: well, the cons are that they are indeed a company staffed by Cons more

From Great to Poor 8/11/2006

They don't list the Nissan dealership on Citysearch and while they're now next door to each other I'm not sure if customer service is on par due to them being under the same ownership. I have to admit the VW dealership has much better salepeople (don't know bout service) than the Nissan dealership.\r \r I understand that there's a lot of turnaround in the car industry, but when I bought my Nissan 350Z the service was great and from the salesman, to the manager, to the service department. Then the salespeople I knew left, the manager and his gf/wife (? don't remember which) left and all the service people I knew are gone. This is all in a one year period. It makes me wonder what in the company would cause such attrition.\r \r At the Nissan dealership, nobody approached me to ask what I was looking at the last time I was there. At service they quoted over an hour for an oil change, they didn't ask me what type of oil I wanted (I had synthetic before they just put in regular) and the car wasn't cleaned or vacuumed. I could have gotten better service at Jiffy Lube. When my car broke down and I needed it towed into a dealership to get it fixed, I was told that (on a Saturday) they would not have time for me at all. I called the Olympia dealer (as I was stuck down in Centralia) and they said they'd take a look at it. When I got there the service manager was dismayed that Campbell would have told someone they wouldn't even look at it. Even if they can't get to it they shouldn't tell a customer they don't have time. (In comparison at Doug's Mazda they will wash your car for you, check your car if you have issues without complaint, and their sales people are very knowledgable and check in to make sure everything is okay.)\r \r Overall though, with the bad taste in my mouth from the Nissan dealership, I've been wary of going back to a Campbell Nelson owned dealership in my search for a Volkswagen to replace my 350Z. Pros: Great selection Cons: Attrition of staff, poor service more

My salesman was truely great! 9/18/2002

I was a little nervous about going into a dealership without my husband, my salesman Tom really made me feel Comfortable about my decision and didn't pressure me into it. I would recommend Campbell Nelson. Pros: Friendly sales staff, Good service hours more
