A professional agency with personal service. Robert Solberg’s roots in insurance started back in 1972 when he became a licensed broker, working part-time for his Dad, Erling, owner of the firm Nash, Solberg & Company. In 1975, Solberg graduated with a B.S. in Engineering and began working for Bethlehem Steel in Burns Harbor, Indiana. It wasn’t long before he realized there wasn’t much of a future for him in steel and decided to join his father’s firm. Over the years he learned an immense amount about the agency and insurance. In 1987, Solberg bought Nash, Solberg & Company from his father and continued to grow the business, merging with Campbell Brokerage Corp to form Campbell Solberg Associates (CSA) in 1991.
