Campbell Electric is comprised of incompetent and unreliable staff. We requested an estimate for our services upfront and were told that we would be charged a flat rate of $65/hour for a roughly 3 hours job. After rescheduling our appointment over six times, they finally showed up and did not even complete the job correctly. Basic electricians know that they should test their respective wiring before leaving. Instead, we had to call them up again and go through the same racket of getting our appointment pushed an additional 3 times. They finally managed to detect the problem (which was what we had originally described) and sent us a bill for $500 with no itemization. I receive a phone call from Paul demanding payment and claiming that ""we went out of their way to service your unit"". In addition, he said that there were 2 contractors, which essentially doubles the fee, but was not conveyed to us prior to installation or mentioned in the projected price. We are college students that they merely aim to take advantage of. We will submit payment in the mail today, but hope to prevent potential customers from undergoing similar experiences.
