I will have to agree that the Dental staff and Dr Highsmith are GREAT. BUT they did not bother to tell me that they did not accept my insurance, So after having work done they overcharged me over $200.00. I talked with the office Mgr who is the worse customer service person I have ever dealt with. When I original went to this office I showed them my insurance and I was pre-approved for the procedure at no time did they bother to state they don't accept my insurance. Now the dentist said it my responsibility. Granted I take some responsibility but a ethical business that deal with insurance everyday should have stated something when they clearly new they did not take my insurance. Do they think people like to pay more for a procedure?? . I used my last dentist for 20 years. I have never been talked to by anyone like this office mgr. I can Not recommend a business that has these ETHICAL STANDARDS. So Buyer beware, They got me once but I will make sure everyone knows how they do business
