My daughter attends college in Nacogdoches so this is why she is living at Cambridge Courts. Tonight, after the office had closed, the toilet in my daughter's apartment, overflowed. Well she has had some minor problems here, but this is the one that "breaks the camel's back". She called the management to report the problem, and was told to put towels down, and wait until tomorrow to get it fixed. The over flow has become really bad, called and finally was able to talk to the manager again, Manager stated that she would call someone to come over to fix the problem. Well after repeated calls, she finally told the truth, that no one would be coming till morning..In the meantime, stinky, nasty toilet water is in the bathroom, kitchen, and who knows where else.My called me in Dallas, about the problem. I called the answering service, and that woman refused to even take my number, to give to the manger. After going around in circles with her, I asked if what she was telling me, was that management was sitting on their stupid behinds and refusing to send help, and she told me that I was correct. because they would not be sending anyone to the apartment in question, at such a late hour. I informed her that it was still early when the problem was first reported. I just hung up on her!! They can take your money for rent, but be totally unavailable to help in an emergency situation. There should be something done about the way they are handling things at this place.This has got to be the worse place on earth to live. Why should you have to leave in the middle of the night to try to find a bathroom to use, when you are paying for one? Oh, I forgot to mention that the manager had to be called and text over and over before she would answer the phone again. These people need to be put on notice that this is no way to run a business!! THIS IS JUST ONE BIG HOT MESSSSSSSSSS!!
