I just laugh at these fake 5 star reviews. As a tenant at a Calpro property for over a year, I can tell you it was horrible. Maintenance was not only unresponsive, but the guy who was in charge of the maintenance lied to us and management. Not surprising when Robert Yann (the owner) is also unresponsive and a liar.\r
Took 2 months to get our security deposit back. Had maintenance issues that were never handled promptly. I even tracked down the owner of the property to tell them about our experience with Calpro.\r
Extremely unresponsive (if you don't like having your phone calls returned, you should go with Calpro!), unethical, unprofessional, and an overall horrible experience.
