The problem I faced by wanting to become an early childhood educator is finding the right institute for preschool teacher training. I didn’t know to evaluate the quality of an institute that offers early childhood education courses. The aspects which I considered to be mandatory for a training institute was that it should be accredited, have qualified staff, flexible class timings and a variety of courses to choose from. A friend recommended California College of Early Childhood Education, which stood out as a pre-eminent educational institute that offered pre-school training at the highest level. Apart from a number of courses, there were online learning options, weekend classes and hybrid learning options. It had also given me a rewarding future in the field of preschool education.
