I sent my car to Haddock Collision after hitting a deer. First, they took 3 days longer than promised. I could live with that as I had a rental car, which was being taken care of by my insurance. However, when I did get my car back, there were several obvious flaws. Pros: Friendly Cons: Poor Quality Work, Not done in a timely manner more

terrible customer service 8/5/2002

seems like this place has too much business to worry about good customer service. i had to wait an extra 2 days to get my car back to me for very silly and unprofessional reasons. if they believed in good customer service i wouldnt have had to wait. i wasted a lot of time and energy on this place - find somewhere else, there are many places on capital blvd. that work on cars. the person who took 'care' of me was rude and gave me a poor excuses for the delay. Pros: fair price Cons: poor customer service, too far away, non deliverable time more
