Cafe Romanzo

Coventry's Best Kept Secret??? I recently went to Cafe Ramanzo for a a nice dinner out. What I expected was a nice filling meal, instead i was very disapointed! I ordered loster ravoli and got approxitmetly 4 raviolis with two shrimp on top and they were very over cooked. We ordered apetizers and waited almost a half hour for a salad, etc, and the wine glasses looked as if someone had drank most of our wine. For what we spent there (aprox $100) I could have spent it better elsewhere. I would recommend somewhere else! more

FIRST LET ME SAY....WOW. IT TAKES ALOT TO IMPRESS ME, AND I AM VERY IMPRESSED. IT WAS THE BRIDE TO BE, AND MY FIRST TIME AT CAFE RAMANZO, AND WE TOTALY FELL IN LOVE WITH THE PLACE. WE WENT THERE LAST NIGHT, ( VALINTINES DAY ) I WANTED THE NIGHT TO BE PERFECT. I PUT THE RING ON HER FINGER LAST NIGHT, AND WANTED TO GO SOME WHERE ROMANTIC. I MADE A VERY GOOD CHOICE. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT, FROM START TO FINISH. THE FOOD, DELICIOUS, MY FIANCE ORDERD THE NY SIRLOIN, I HAD BLACKENED STEAK STRIPS...THEY WERE BOTH GREAT. AND ONE OF THE BEST WINES I HAVE EVER HAD, ALL AROUND GREAT SERVICE. WE LOVED IT SO MUCH WE ARE GOING TO BOOK OUR WEDDING RECEPTION THERE....IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GREAT PLACE TO BRING THAT SPECIAL SOMEONE..TAKE MY ADVICE VISIT CAFE RAMANZO YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY............. As good as some of Boston and Providence's high-priced restaurants. Everything was great... It felt like a guilty pleasure but our bill was only $57! The only negative was that we went on a Sunday evening and there was no host to seat us. We had to wait for one of the waiters to notice us. Once seated, the service was excellent. more
