Strange Location for Great Food 8/15/2005

It's a little out of the way but I would highly recommend this great tapas restaurant in the Tenleytown region of Washington, DC. The prices are moderate, there is indoor and outdoor seating, and the food is great. We've taken out of town guests there and everyone has been impressed. And for what it's worth, it's right around the corner from a movie theater, so a good option for an evening out as well. more

Light and Mouth Watering 7/12/2005

The menu is perfect for those looking for a light meal on a hot evening in Washington DC. We were headed to the movies at the Lowes Cineplex next door but the show we wanted to see was sold out. We stopped in to Cafe Ole and enjoyed a grilled tuna sandwich while sitting out in the sidewalk section rather than indoors. It was a fun place to people watch and kill an hour while waiting for the next show. We will now plan to dine at the cafe before we go to any movie at that theatre. more
