Where to start? First, creating my sons account online for his senior pictures was difficult, I was not able to pay the sitting fee online due to them not having a secure website, I had to call by phone to provide my credit card number. 2) I was emailed stating his senior pics (proofs) had been mailed (US Mail), I have yet to receive them, but it wouldn’t surprise me if they charge me for not returning them when I never got them in the first place. 3) I was able to view the pics online after attempting to sign in at least ten times. 4) They are not quality pictures! Two of the photos are shot off the background! You can see the room he was in at his school. Subject was not sitting up straight, he is hunched over; Photographer apparently only knows how to pose a subject straight on or off centered. Lack of smiles, Looks like my son was rushed through. When a child is graduating HS, this is a BIG deal, a great accomplishment, if it wasn’t they wouldn’t have BIG prices. I am disgusted, disappointed and frustrated. Not that I expect this company to care, after speaking with one of their customer service reps (who never even apologized for the crummy pics) and reading other reviews online about this company, I don’t actually expect any adequate resolution to this problem. Lesson learned, READ THE REVIEWS FIRST! So many dissatisfied customers, and former employees for that matter. I was told no refund on my $75 sitting fee, due to their "terms and conditions", how about terms and conditions of quality service? I was told no retake. But I was offered one free sheet of pictures. LOLOLOL Imagine that, wanting a free pic when it’s crummy. Even a free pic isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on if it’s not quality photography! 5) I will do everything in my power to make sure this company does not return to any school in Lake County Florida.
