This place is HORRIBLE! We are under our 3rd Management Staff. I have lived here for 4 years. My ceiling has been leaking for 3 years. I just informed the new management of this problem and the response I got was, "It's an old building."\r
Really?! For $1400 a month and you can't fix the ceiling. Are you kidding me??!! \r
I needed some lightbulbs replaced in my loft. I even went the extra mile and purchased the light bulbs and left them next to the lights that needed replacing. The response I got on the maintenance slip was "need to order bulbs". Are you kidding me? I provided them, all they had to do was use one of their ladders and put them in. \r
RENTERS BEWARE. Do not waste your hard earned money on this place. It's very frustrating when you pay $1,400 a month just for rent in this place and you can't get anything fixed.
