I had a horrible experience there. The clerk actually said, ""What are you trying to get away with?"" when I came to the counter, then proceeded to demand and scrutinize my license w/ my credit card--which has never happened to me before. He looked so suspicious examining my license I actually thought he was going to call the cops! I'm a middle aged profesiaonl woman and this was a small purchase. It was upsettng and humiliating and he never apologized or explained. I would never go in there. There's plenty of other places in Maine that want one's business, are friendly and less expensive.
