I had a body shop of my own for 15 years in New Mexico. This Fixit Auto Craft impressed me with their professional setup, customer service and use of technology. They seem to run a real model operation. i wish the Body shop industry has more shops like these to help fix the existing image.\r
Ralph (manager) was very helpful in keeping me informed about the repair process. Unfortunately, the Insurance Company that paid for the repair, was dragging their feet on approving additional repairs, but Ralph was so proactive to convince them to get their stuff together and approve in order to save money on the cost of my rental car.\r
The quality of work was the best I ever seen and I did not have a single thing going wrong for a while now.\r
I will always recommend these guys to all my family and friends.
