All I can say is that the staff is wonderful, however, the management leaves something to be desired. Should you be unfortunate enough to be serviced by the head of managment, I feel sorry for you. Unfriendly, unknowlegable and enept!!! more

Reading some of the reviews, it makes me sad for those who have had negative experiences here. I have been a happy beauty brands employee for 5 years and the plano location is beautiful. I know the girls here have strived to be the best and make major improvements over the years. Under new management and with completion of our new Presitgious make up studio, I would personally love to give any previous unhappy customers an invite back and the opportunity to make it right. I feel like a new person when I leave the salon. My hair looks beautiful after I see Nicki. It is so shiny and soft. I am also so relaxed after I see her. She is so caring and involved in her work. I look forward to my salon visits. She also does an amazing job on my eyebrows and cut. My hair looks awesome. She also does hair extentions. Sometimes, I have her put some in. She does it all. Luda does my bikini waxes and Hahn does my nails. You should check them out. Pros: lots of salon products Cons: have to book way in advance/all three are busy more

Not only is it a great place to go to shop and get services, it is also a great place to work. There is a lot of opportunity for training and classes for the stylists and spa staff. The product selection is always up to date and new products are always being introduced. There are 3 different levels of stylists, and the nail technicians and estheticians are very well educated. Several of the staff in the spa and salon have been there a minimum of 5 years. The prices are reasonable by Plano and Dallas standards, not as low as some but not as high as others. I personally have found it a great atmosphere. I would also like to say that if you have had a bad experience there in the past, please do not be discouraged and don't let one bad apple in the bunch spoil the entire salon for you. If you love the smell of cigarette smoke and stylist who reek of nicotine, this is your place. If you like to be surrounded by people who are more into socializing and having inappropriate conversations, instead of focusing on the customer then this is your place. If you like dirty sinks, gunked up products, and being surrounded by other peoples hair THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Pros: Large selection of quality products and prices Cons: Everything else more

She never has a dirty station. She does not smoke, she is a Redken certified colorist, and attends hair classes on a regular basis. She is awesome, and does a beautiful job on my hair. Her name is Nicki. There also is a wonderful facialist, her name is Luda. I know that Kim does a good job on hair, also. I do not know who the person below is speaking of, but maybe they were having a bad day and took it out on this nicely kept salon. Do not be afraid to check it out. I agree with what another poster said: ""she reaked of smoke."" How unprofessional and disgusting!! Don't even think about looking where teh combs and brushes were kept. Are these places inspected at all? And who would manage this pig pen? I will NEVER be back again for any services. At first glance you would think that this salon is clean, but in reality when any of the stylists open there cabinets, it is gross. The products alwayss have clumps of hair and build-up on them, and sometimes there is piles of hair on the floor when they take you over to there seat. Call me a critic but if I am getting my hair shampooed, I would like it to be in a clean bowl. I feel as though they are in such a hurry to get people in, that they dont really listen to what you want. I thought it was funny but I got a service there by a girl, she had short to medium dark hair, and she reaked of smoke, but not only that she did not give me anything close to what I asked for and she was constantly talkeing bad about her co-workers. I dont want to name names but I felt as though I was getting bad looks too. This was my first time there, and I was just trying to be friendly to everyone, I dont know what there problems were. You can do everything under one roof here. Hair, nails, facials, waxing, makeup, masage. Even do all your beauty shopping. For nails you can't beat Hanh. She is so sweet and does a really good full set to where it's not so thick and fake looking. Her pedicures are awesome, too. She does a great massage on your feet and legs. For waxing and facials go to Luda. Nobody is EVER allowed to touch my eyebrows but her. For hair I've had a few people do it and everybody is good, but I usually end up having Natascha or EJ do it. You can't go wrong there for color, highlights and cuts. Pros: convenience, good service, quality, Luda, Hanh, Natascha, EJ Cons: parking, crowded on Saturdays more
