Avoid if possible, I had an appointment with Chuck to see a duplex, which he told me was still available. ME and my future roomates went to go see it, and it was really nice. We were ready to sign a lease, and he told us that he has to check with the people living there first before he can give it to us. He then said he would give them 24 hours to come up witih the deposit or he would give us the lease. We called the next day and he said that he was giving them another 24 hours to get the money. That is really unprofessional. I do not recommend CLA properties.
Cons: The driveway was icy. They waited two days after a snowstorm to put salt on the driveway.
