Under the old management, they were expensive, but did good work. Things are slipping under the new owners. I had a problem with the toilet sometimes not flushing completely. Their first solution ($250) was to run a roto-rooter down the sewer, which turned up a tiny bit of muck, but no roots. The problem continued. Their second solution was to replace the sewer line to the street. They swore they found roots in the line. I saw what they dug up and didn't see any roots. Almost $3,000 later, I still have a toilet that sometimes doesn't flush. They no longer have my trust and I will not hire them again.
