C R Contracting, LLC

I really don't like to write negative reviews, but my situation with this company is serious, and people must be warned, otherwise more people will get hurt. On May 12th, 2019, we signed a contract with Paul Stock/CR Contracting LLC for a Family Rood addition. We gave Paul Stock a first down payment of $23,125.00, and since then, he hasn't done any work relating to this project. Three weeks after we signed the fraudulent contract, the building inspector informed us that Paul Stock/CR Contracting LLC's licensed had been denied since 2013. He's been using Jason Rivera's license with Jason Rivera's full authorization, as well as other contractors' licenses, performing work without permits, signing bad checks, and providing documents with fake addresses. We asked Paul Stock to return our deposit because he lied to us about having a license, and neither him nor his business partner, Jason Rivera could ever be approved by the Brookfield building department to build our addition. We've also paid Paul Stock in full to replace the roof, and the inspector told us that it wasn't done correctly. Now, we have to bring another contractor to redo Paul Stock's job and pay a second time. . I hope my review will be useful to people who are searching for home contractors. more

I contacted this company to do an estimate of the work I needed done in my home. I was surprised and pleased that the owner was the one to show up to do the estimate. That is until he spent most of the time he was there hitting on me and trying to see if he could call me some time and if he could eventually see me again. Sad part is I never even received the actual estimate. Great waste of my time. more

Called Paul from CR and i was promised a lot and given 0. work was not done in a timley fashion, damage was done to my home due to the slack. had to hire another company to fix the job after i paid good money the first time. Never agin would i use this company and i would warn all people to steer clear in the future more

From the first I called C.R. Contracting I was treated with respect and professionalism. I was surprised at how quickly they were willing to come out to give me an estimate. Once the owner, Paul, arrived I was greeted by the same respectful voice that I had originally spoken to. It was nice to be able to call a company and get the same person rather than speaking to several different people. Paul was very thorough, very easy to speak to and seemed as if he cared what I wanted as the customer. When C.R. Contracting started my basement remodel they were nothing short of making sure that I got everything I asked for. Everything was very up front and very forward. The owner was at my house along with his workers making sure the job got done and in the timeline we had discussed. My basement was finished and done to perfection! I would highly recommend this company! I had a great experience with Paul and his crew! Very professional. I will call Paul again in the future as we remodel the rest of the house! more
