You may find a qualified agent who works here (electronically, not literally) but don't fall for their offer for training to become one! Their agents PAY THEM large monthly and annual fees and when they try to quitm, they are "shown the fine print" on the contract, where - you guessed it - they are then responsible for even more fees. They promise tons of training and nurturing but in actuality, any idiot could pass their tests to "become a travel agent". And why not? The company makes money on them regardless of how much actual travel they sell. What a racket!
