Fraudulent company, scam artist 7/22/2011

Express Finance repossessed my vehicle on 7-21-2011 due to nonpayment in December 2009 and may 2011, I have all bank receipts showing car notes were paid. They claimed they car was uninsured and added insurance and additional fees, my car has been insured since I got the car. Maria Cruz who works in the office hung up the phone several times in my face, they will not give me accurate information regarding my account. Found the company to be discriminatory, deceitful, duplicitous, and dishonest. I am in process of retaining a lawyer, if there is a class action lawsuit please let me know as this company needs to be shut down before they get another victim. more

OMG. Didn't know these people had a class action law suit against them. We need the information on this because we are going through the same thing with these people. I am writing the Attorney General for the State Of California. Someone please get in touch with us and give us any information you may have and we will do the same. Class Action Law Suit 6/29/2008

These people have a class action law suit pending against them. Get in on it if you can. The more people that put their names on it the better. They tried to charge me insurance when the vehicle had insurance on it. They are THEIVES and LIARS. They are not helpful and do NOTHING ""by the book"" their bookkeeping methods are something to be desired. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR QUALITY ONE AUTO SALES. Cons: LIARS more

Wrong people to do bussines with....... 5/12/2008

They are a scam, I can't even find Their State Lic Number, these people a rude when it come to working with their customers. And yes they stick you with out of knowhere penalties. Don't even Try, Don't ..... Pros: Oh Yeah their Application Process is Fast, Curtious, No Problem ""APPROVED"".... Cons: what you don't know is that you're just another Victim. more

C & C Financial is in the business of scwewing people out oif their hard earned money. They do not do anything ""by the book"" and they make up payments as they see fit. If you have more than one account, BEWARE, they will attempt to do something with one of them. Cons: They are theives more
