CC Carpet

We recently had granite countertops and Travertine backsplash installed by CC Carpet. Overall, we're satisfied with the work. They were one of the few that would take care of the whole process, including sink/disposer/faucet installation as well as cooktop & vent hood installation without having to go through a sub-contractor. As others have noted, the sales guy is very helpful until you hand over the cash. We basically could not count on ours for the issues that popped up afterwards. They do not provide a written estimate and the contract is not very detailed. For example, it left off the backsplash sealing agreement that we had made orally with the salesguy. But they did come back and spray some sealer on, but it was just grout sealer. We ended up going to Home Depot and buying our own tile sealer and applying it. Another hiccup in the process was we got one box of tiles with large holes in the middle and uneven edges. (Most of the boxes had good tiles.) When we called the sales guy, he said that's the appearance of natural stone and we would have to cough up $170 to get a replacement box. He certainly didn't have any pieces like that in the samples he showed us prior to signing the contract. Luckily, the crew was able to use most of the bad pieces behind where the vent hood was mounted and for cutouts for electrical outlets, etc. They also didn't bring enough tiles, so instead of a 2-day operation, it ended up being a 2.5 day process. They left the place messy with grout & tile washoff on the floors and on the granite that we had to clean up after they left. They also didn't caulk between the sink & the granite, leaving a small gap where dirt was accumulating. All in all, I would recommend them since the finished product is nice and we get compliments on our kitchen all the time. Be sure to get everything in writing on the contract, and don't count on the sales guy to be your advocate. They really need to work on customer service. I decided that my house needed a change and I wasn't excatly sure what I wanted to do or who I wanted to go with. I had serveral quotes and decided to go with the best company. I went with CC Carpet because I heard great things about them from my neighbors and coworkers. The people at CC Carpet were great. They helped me through this process. I was going to do one room with wood and do the rest at a later time. When the rep for CC came out to my house, I realized that I could do the whole house now with their financing instead of doing one room at a time. It was more convenient for me to do it all at once and get it over with. The wood was installed last week in the living room and 3 bedrooms. The wood installers were very nice and neat. The house looks great. It was just what it needed, a fresh new look. I'm glad I went will CC Carpet. I would do it all over again. I called for a free at home estimate and they were able to come out the very next day and then install the carpet the next day. I have a lot of rent houses and I was needing carpet in a hurry when the tenants left unexpectedly and the home in a wreck. The customer service at Cc Carpet was great. Our salesman was on the phone with the office making arrangments and getting everything finalized while at our home and doing everything he could to help us out when we were in a time crunch. We found carpet that was in stock and we had it installed the very next day. Everything went perfectly and our home was rented the next day, which saved us time and money. We couldn't have been happier with the carpet and service. I recently had new granite countertops installed by CC Carpet. From the initial review of our needs, through the measuring and installation process, CC Carpet's team performed above our expectations. In the end, we are amazed at the transformation of our home and the beauty that has been brought to it by CC Carpet. We are now in love with our kitchen. I recently had the good luck to deal wiht a quality flooring company by the name of CC Carpet. Their staff was extremely helpful, their products are first rate, and they were more than willing ot answer any question i had; no matter how silly or stupid. Long story short: my floor looks great, and i could not be happier! Prices were better than any Home Depot, Loews, or any other local flooring companies that i have found. When we called & dropped by the store, the store didn?t have any records of the measurements. I had to setup another appointment. The same person showed up. We signed a contract and I made the full payment on the spot.\r Later on appointments were missed, received terrible customer service, installation done with defects and re-done and still there are defects.
