On the recommendation of a friend, I brought my car to Buzz Off for complete Auto Detailing. I left it approx. 4 hours, came to pick it up, and noticed quite a few stains that were left on the upholstery in the back and front seats, as well as the rims. I brought it to their attention, and the gentleman that worked on the car said he was unable to get them out, unless he used some kind of paint thinner, which might discolor the fabric. Not very satisfied, I took my car home, waited for it to dry, and then the next morning I attempted (with some Resolve, a brush, and a bucket of water) to get the stains out myself......which I DID, no problem, I had noticed another huge stain on the headrest, and at that point called back to let them know that this was all unacceptable. They were unwilling to give me a refund, saying that that's not their company policy, but didn't know what else they were going to do for me. I brought the car back a couple of days later and was told that they would redo the entire car, drive me home, and pick me up. This took from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., again having no car. I was told that the gentleman who worked on my car was going to drop it off, being followed by someone to take him back. The guy shows up driving my car, but no one is there to take him back. I now have to spend all this gas and time driving him back and then back home again, finally arriving home at 7:30 p.m. My car was finally cleaned, inside and out, but all-in-all it was a disaster! Bad Business. I should have been compensated. All I received was $10.00 for gas.
