Buy Fitness For Less

I purchased an attachment that the owner told me was guaranteed to fit. I didn't realize that all sales were final or I wouldn't have agreed to purchase it. This place keeps their ""all sales final"" plaque behind a number of other items in their cluttered store. It's not visible unless he pulls it out from behind the clutter, which I learned only after I returned to the store. He cheekily claimed, ""sir it's on the receipt,"" and after squinting to see--it is. But what good is it to have the statement on the receipt, after I've already purchased an item, and was not made aware of the policy before the purchase? He just smiled at me. He refused to work out any deal for a less than a $50 item. I recommend staying away from this store due to unprofessional service and fraud-like behavior. more

I have never had a business owner so rude and disrespectful. The jerk hung up on me on a normal call and I called back thinking we were disconnected and he told me more

The owner is rude and flat out insulting. They charge you ungodly prices if you want to return something from there online store. I was happy with the product but would never shop there again due to the extreamly poor customer service I received when I had a problem with there billing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. more
