Good: My lease was only 6 months.. Bad: -Apartment was not cleaned -No warning was given to me when they showed the apartment to tenents -Snow was not cleared as promised -Was lied to repeatedly -Rent was too high and raised at every turn -"management" was nonexistent -Maintenance was impossible to schedule - 2 year old apartment was falling apart - Was harrased for "late fees" even though I did not owe any -Incredibly rude and unhelpful employees - They don't care about any of the above items. Other: I would never rent from them unless all other options were exhausted. Even then, I would think twice. If you rent from them, you WILL regret it. Period.. more

Very professional company 8/17/2005

I have both hired this company to manage my property and also rented from them in the past. They run a tight ship. I am always able to get ahold of someone to answer my questions. When I rented from them they were very strict with the deposit, which is what you want as a landlord now. But if you rent from them, make sure to document EVERY little blip in the apartment, because they will attempt to charge it to you when you leave. more
