Best Korean restaurants are not in SF 4/24/2006

Okay, it seems everyone loves the Korean restaurant called "The Brother's" in San Francisco. I finally had a chance to try their food last week. My comment? They are way overrated!!! Their bbq dishes are not bad, but, hey, most Korean restaurants make pretty good bbq dishes, huh? Their Tofu soup is bad. Okay, i'm from San Jose, where i can get yummy Tofu soup all over El Camino Real. So, all i can say is i've been there, ate that. more

Quality Korean food you can taste 4/15/2006

The best Korean BBQ in Northern California. This is definitely the best Korean BBQ (Gal-bi and Bul-go-gee) Beef spare ribs and slices of pork. The restaurant also offers the best on site-charcoal so customers can cook for themselves if they wish. Food quality is good. After eating dinner I usually go with my family to watch the sunset on the Pacific Ocean which is a few minutes away. This is truly a unique dining experience for Korean cuisine. It is as if you are sitting down and eating in one of the restaurants in Korea. One of my all time favorites. more

my favorite Korean place in SF 8/23/2005

This place is stupendous. Ever wondered how much meat you can really eat all at once? Head over to Brother's. We went in a large group, and had a hard time keeping the owner from bringing us extra sodas and side dishes (on the house) to go with our beer and barbequed meats. This is a real family place. Don't miss out! more

Awesome, authentic Korean restaurant 8/16/2005

Brother’s is an awesome authentic Korean restaurant found in San Francisco’s Richmond district on Geary Blvd. This is by far the best Korean food I have ever tasted as all the dishes are fresh and prepared really well. There are 2 locations and they are about 2 blocks away from each other. Lunch is much cheaper than dinner. Definitely recommended!! more
