When my fence was installed in 2015, they were quick in responding to inquiries. However, as the years past response to inquires too longer and longer with several follow ups. I have been trying to have warranty work completed since April 2019 and Chesley has not responded back to the fence manufacturer on labor costs to process the claim...disappointing to say the least. more

they took my money and did not finish the fance 10/28/2010

first of all, do not use this use this fance builder. I have have been waiting 10 days for them to come and finsh installing my fance, the wood is still laying in the yard and NO ONE has called to say anything about when we can hope to see even one installer to finsh the job. How long must a wait to have even, fair service, if i could get my money back i would be happy, but no one has answered there phone in three days my name is Pastor Terry Huckabee. Once again stay a way from this company if you relly want to have a fance installed. more

Never Again 12/10/2007

I had a fence installed by Chesley Fence. Everything was great during installation and we were very happy. Their customer service after paying, however, was terrible. We could not get them to return calls, and they did not stand by the warranty promised. I would never use them again. more

Chesley Fence Company 4/5/2006

Excellent, excellent service!! When we move into our new house, we new we wanted to fence in a small area of our backyard so our dogs could run around. We had a couple of estimates and Chesley came in the lowest. We were very happy with their service! They have many different styles of fencing to choose from. I only had one complaint and it was promptly taken care of. They forgot to nail a section of the boards down, but came back two days later and got it done! The office staff was very friendly. I would recommend their service to anyone! more

Chesley Fence and Deck does an awesome job of professional deck and fence design and installation. They offer custom cedar fencing, vinyl fencing, ornamental aluminum and custom cedar decks. They offer free estimates and consultation to develop the design. We also purchased a high quality deck stain and preservative from them to protect our valuable investment in our property and are very pleased with how our deck and fence look even 5 years later. more
