Competent but overbooked and immature 1/13/2010

This dentist makes a great first impression, but after seeing him for a while I came to resent how quickly he worked on my teeth, most likely because he was overbooked and other patients always seemed to be waiting. He caused me undue pain by working too fast. He also acted immaturely when I pressed him for answers to my questions. In the end I left his practice due to his unprofessionalism. more

Well Run Office (Perhaps Too Well) 8/15/2005

Always very good about seeing me on time and addressing any issues I have, the efficiency to this office is actually based on the fact that I never see my actual dentist until the very last 5 minutes of my visit. After seeing an assistant for most of the visit, which is still very well done and professional, he comes in to evaluate, then to attempt to sell me several high priced dental products that I "need" to have before leaving. However, the speed and promptness of every one of my visits keeps me coming back every 6 months. more
