ER visit 8/13/2018

I recently visited the BE ER on a Sunday morning after falling and injuring a knee and wrist. I could not be happier with my experience. Dr. Davis and my nursing staff were excellent. I was in and out in a little more than one hour. I have used BE on several occasions and have always been appreciative of the care I received. more

ER and hand washing 7/11/2017

While waiting in the ER, for 6 hours, to have my 93 yr old Mom seen, I noticed a lot. The ER was extremely crowded and frustrating. Two techs ( dressed in red and black) came out and started calling names. The were getting vitals on each person. I noticed that they went from patient to patient ( 6, to be exact) and neither tech washed or gelled his/her hands between patients. Neither wore gloves. I decided if they came to my Mom, I would insist on seeing them clean their hands before touching her. They touched, took temps, blood pressures etc. and used no protocol for infection control or any standard for cleanliness. I was disgusted. Also , the machines, monitors and portable equipment , in the ER, was filthy. Just go look. more

Bad nurses 2/27/2017

I and many can't believe they are allowed to be nursing. HEPA laws broken, charging for missed spots they canceled. It's not only that they are bad nurse they are bad people. more

Very Bad Experience! 1/29/2017

The correct rating would be a Zero!! My wife and I spent a total of 7 hours before and after a colonoscopy trying to get in and out of this hospital. The anger I have with this, no one has ever admitted that this ever happen to us, or apologized. I have called the hospital Administrator who hung up on me. I called the CEO of Baptist Corporation and both never responded! more

Baptist Hospital East 8/15/2005

Baptist Hospital East is where I delivered my first child. I was very pleased with all of their staff. They were all very professional and helpful. They did their best to make me as comfortable as possible. The labor and delivery room was beautiful. I was not impressed with the chair my husband had there though. Very uncomfy for him. The recovery rooms were not very comfy either. Very dark. Hopefully they will change this in the future. But that is all cosmetics. The important thing was that my baby was delivered safely. more
