We bought a washer on April 10, 2012 to be delivered on April 12 between 11 and 1. When it hadn’t been delivered by 1:30, I called to check. I was told that they had called my husband to tell him that they would be late and would arrive by 3.
When they didn’t arrive by 5, I called again. This time, they said they didn’t know who I was and had no record of our purchase.
I called my husband who said he had talked to no one from White Appliance. I found our invoice and the only phone number on it was my mine. Called the store again and relayed the information. I asked when the washer would be delivered and the person I spoke with said, “I don’t know”.
I then asked to have our money refunded and joy of joys, I get to spend more of my time going to their store because they won’t credit our card over the phone.
The most ridiculously inept company I have ever dealt with.
