They have some very unqiue items and clothes! The stores smells wonderful from candles. prices are a bit high, but the items are so nice you don't mind paying a little bit more. I have found some great cultural items from all over the world, many items have little index cards near them so you know what they are and how to use them. The best part is most of it is one of a kind, things you never see elsewhere. Great! more

Dava is a great place in the Hamden Plaza for Jewelry. They have a lot of not so expensive jewelry as well as bauble type jewelry. Their selection is very eccentric and they have a wide selection of jewelry for all ages and types of people. They also cater to the hippie generation -- yes, you hippies are not forgotten. They have a bunch of 60's era jewelry as well as incense and oils that you can purchase for reasonable prices. The shop is a regular size, and the parking is ample. It's located in the Hamden Plaza, so parking shouldn't be an issue. more
