Good food and great service. 1/12/2007

A restaurant with good service is a rare thing in Dekalb, but Happy Wok has never let us down. They have never gotten our order wrong in the dozen or so times that we have been there. The food is good too, especially since it is essentially fast food, and the prices are great. It's our favorite place in Dekalb. more

Happy Wok is one of my favorite stand bys. They have great food. It's always fresh and consistently good. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality. Plus the service is friendly and fast. If you order dinner and they say 10-15 minutes, expect it to be ready in 10 or even sooner. I also love that you can order anything without MSG, sugar, oil, you name it. I'm pretty picky and they never bat an eye at my Shrimp with mixed veggies - no mushrooms, no peas, no MSG, no oil, extra broccoli. You can't beat that. :) more

Good Chinese Food 8/13/2005

A good Chinese, and like all others, is very unique to itself. You won't find another place like it, so take a trip out there, and if you find it to be the best Chinese food ever, you'll find yourself making many trips to DeKalb. more

Great Place for Chinese 8/13/2005

Happy Wok has really good food at resonable prices. The employees are very polite & pleasant. They have no problem if you request something different in a dinner or if you ask for it to be cooked differently. Happy Wok has in house seating, but it has a kind of "Fast Food Joint" atmosphere, & there is not a lot of room for larger groups. There is a drive through. The Crab Ragoons are especially good. They are open late at night, which is nice if you are looking for options at that time other then Wendy's & McDonald's. more
