Worst

I went to Red Robin and the burger was lukewarm and tasteless. I am a cheeseburger freak and totally disappointed with the burger and the $4 milkshake for kids.

Great Burgers, Great People 3/21/2006

As a customer who frequents Red Robin on a monthly basis I would have to say that this place is one of my favorite restaurants. They have a wonderful variety of delicious food and drink. Service is spectacular. Not once have I gone and had a problem with something I ordered or with the staff. If you like great custormer service when getting a burger, then this is the place to go. more

Great place for burgers 9/1/2005

I went here for my birthday. I love cheeseburgers and this place was just perfect for me. We went early so there was no line to wait and it was really quiet. The waitress was really helpful and nice. We had a couple of questions about what we were ordering and she answered them without attitude (whenever we go out we usually get someone with attitude) I was trying to get the ketchup to come out of a brand new bottle and she told me where to hit to make the ketchup come out. The cheeseburger I ordered was awesome. The bun was perfect-not hard and not too soft. The burger was nice and juicy and the perfect amount of cheese. I am definitely going back to this place soon. It is a tad pricey but so worth it. more

Crowded but a good dinner after a shopping trip 8/25/2005

Conveniently located near the mall, there is a wait sometimes - especially at peak dinner/lunch hours and around the holidays - but it is worth it. It's a tasty fair of American cuisine that will please the whole family. The burgers and chicken caesar salads are particularly good, albeit a little bit higher priced then the burgers from the food court (but if you wanted to eat in the food court, you would not be checking here, right?). Definitely a good place for kids/families with kids. Can be a little bit loud for the older crowd at peak times. more

A great place to sit and have a burger 8/12/2005

Although not an actual "Mom and Pop" restaurant, Red Robin is a great place to hang out with friends. They present a cool and relaxed environment, and the food is great. Nothing beats a Bonsai Burger with a Freckled Lemonade! The prices are reasonable, the bill for two comes between $30 and $40. more
