Lively Lava Links 8/20/2005

If you are desperate for some mini golf in the middle of winter, this might be the place. They have some of the holes built in a dark area lit by blacklight, which is kind of amusing, but if you are on a date, make sure you use a lint-remover first. This is a good place to go if you don't really care about who wins, because it certainly won't be a fair game. The holes are not in the greatest shape, so for die-hard golfers, the holes are frustrating if you are playing to win. more

Little Links 8/18/2005

Lava Links is a nice mini golf course inside of a satellite Rosedale mall. It also has an arcade and other facilities. One of the best aspects of it is that you can go mini golfing in the middle of the winter! There is something to be said about staving off cabin fever with a little summertime activity. more

Lava Links 8/17/2005

Lava Links can be enjoyed by the whole family. They offer an 18 hole mini gold course, video arcade, laser tag, and snack bar. The gold course is fun because every hole has a different obstacle you must overcome. The video arcade could be updated. Most of the games are pretty old. The laser tag also is pretty old. But it is fun still. The snack bar could use some improvement. It is over priced and the food is sometimes undercooked in my opinion. more

I've been to Lava Links a few times, the only good parts about it are Mini-Golf and Laser Tag, but even those are not THAT great. The food is bad, i've gotten a few food items undercooked before. And even the ones that were prepared right were not good. It's similar to fair food. The Laser Tag is pretty dated and frequently reminded me of Tron, same goes with Mini-Golf. The arcade room is pretty lame, the best game there is air hockey but all the other games are very old and pretty expensive. If they updated the machines more often I would go more. At least they are keeping the sweatshops in business with the ticket counter. more

Lava Links 6/27/2005

Lava Links is a family-friendly entertainment center located inside Crossroads Mall in Roseville. There's a lot to do to keep your kids entertained all day. They have mini golf, laser tag, a video arcade, and a snack bar. I used to love coming here when I was younger. It really is a great place to bring your children on the weekend, not to mention an ideal place to hold birthday parties. Also, it is conveniently located across the hall from the movie theater. more
