Gray Brothers Cafeteria

My wife and I have eaten here many times. Always good food no matter what the choice is but I love their fried chicken. Often times we will run down and order the carryout and take home to eat for supper. Anytime we have family in town and staying over we normally bring them here at least once during their stay. This place has great pies as well which we order through the year, and always during the holidays for guests and family functions. more

This cafeteria has been in business for many years. It is located on the south side of town at the intersection of a major highway and the main street that goes through town. there is a traffic light there so it is is easy in and out. You often see tour buses here because of it s service and reputation and many groups will go there for their gatherings. the food is excellent and well priced. Many senior citizens go there for the ambiance and great food. There is always a wide variety of choices. The large gray building is well maintained with ample parking. Inside is a country, homey decor that is attractive and pleasing to the eye. Soft muted colors. there are many repeat customers both local and those who are frequent visitors to the area. It is not far from Indianapolis and draws many customers from that area. more

I generally don't like restaurants where you go through the line and pick your food, but Gray Brothers is an exception. Their food is excellent and really does taste like grandma's home cooking. Even better, their desserts (especially pies) are out of this world. Alot of times I drive 45 minutes to buy their pies homemade for a holiday. You can also buy them frozen and bake yourself. This restaurant is always busy and especially on Sunday after church. Be prepared to wait in line, but it's worth it. more

Gray Brother’s Cafeteria is so popular with the locals, that you need to be prepared to wait in line at dinner, especially on the weekends!! There is plenty of parking and there is a porch for sitting, too. You wait in a serving line, where once you are at the beginning, You grab your tray & silverware. There is plenty to pick from including Beef Manhattan, Chicken & Noodles, and Fried Chicken. You must try the homemade pies while you are there; they are unbelievable. You will love to eat here!! more

This Cafeteria is great! People come from all over the state to eat at Gray's! Their restaraunt is clean and the service is firendly. They have different special each night, but always offer staples like fried chicken roast beef etc. I highly recommend their pies! Also they offer catering and take out services more
