They messed up our iinsert nstall and didn't do several things we agreed upon beforehand. We called to try to remedy the situation and they were completely rude and didn't want to fix anything. Also, there is now freezing cold air blowing in from somewhere around the unit. There is a huge amount of money involved and this is quite possibly the worst contractor and customer service experience I've had. We only went to them because they had an insert we wanted. Go elsewhere!
