Very, very pricey, but also well-respected in the community, this rug cleaning and water damage restoration company will either come to your home and pick up your area rugs, or you can drop them off at their Wake Forest location. They also service regular installed carpeting as well. They are very polite and courteous, especially the service men who come to your home, and they do have a unique and apparently thorough “immersion” cleansing system that surpasses just a regular surface cleaning for your area and oriental rugs. They did a great job on our oriental rug, removing a cat accident smell completely.
