Best

These guys are great not only do they have a lot especially fish it's like walking into a zoo. No literally they have a Serval and a 6ft Water Monitor, the large fish and koi pond...

Worst

Very large store. No dogs or cats I don't think. Lots of supplies and parking is fairly easy. The staff is hard to get hold of. I don't think they have enough workers for the size...

Very disappointed 3/1/2014

We were checking out pet stores because we are looking to adopt a bunny. So we checked out site and saw the hours and said they were open till 9. So I called and also asked about turtle take ins and they said they only take donated ones. We arrived at 8:05 and everything was locked with employees inside one was outside collecting carts we asked about hours he said8 so my husband proceeded with the turtles because someone left them here. He said they are full and have to many sorry. Couldn't help with any other place we should take them. So we walked away with two very upset little girls. I called the line to ask them to change web hours and guess what the phone said ...open till 9 wow being in a business for many years you should have accurate times so people don't go elsewhere along with all of your employees having accurate information on aspects of business. Animal take ins. We got back I'm checked out other open stores and went to pet smart instead. I more

Dont waste your time 10/9/2010

Service is horrable, fish dead or dying in the tanks, employees walking around avoiding you so they dont have to work. I walked out and will never return. sad thing is it was not the first time i was treated like this, but it was the last. more

deplorable condition 12/29/2007

they had a cruel "After Christmas Reptile Sale" display where leopard geckos, small snakes, and pacman frogs were put into very small plastic containers and put flat in rows and columns. when a bird opened his cage and escaped in the bird department, the girl who caught him slammed him violently into the trashcan he was perched on and yelled "you are evil" at him. on top of that, they had way too many fish per tank, with lots of dead and dying fish. their channel catfish had tumor-like sores on their fins. more

Animal Jungle 9/30/2005

Very large store. No dogs or cats I don't think. Lots of supplies and parking is fairly easy. The staff is hard to get hold of. I don't think they have enough workers for the size of the store. The part with the reptiles have some workers that are helpful, but the rest of the store is not very helpful. They are way overpriced compared to other shops in the area. I don't buy much in there anymore more

Fine Pet Store 8/13/2005

This is one of the finest "non-chain" pet stores I've been to. They don't have the flashy displays that you might find in some of the corporate stores, but they have a nice selection and the staff is more than happy to talk with you about your individual pet needs. They have some of the cutest animals I've ever seen. I had to pull my girlfriend out of the store because I could just seee her leaving with one of those cute puppies. They seem to focus a lot on fish and birds, but have almost anything you would want for other pets as well. more

Fun, But Fish Aren't Well Cared For 8/8/2005

This pet store has a large selection of exotic animals and pet supplies, and is generally a fun place to visit. However, I generally cannot stand to go into the fish department, as many of their fish (especially the bettas) are not well cared for. The last time I was there I saw several bettas with advanced fin rot, sitting in little cups with maybe an inch of water. We did attempt to buy a snail from them once, but it died before we even got it out of the car due to rough handling by the employee. This store is a fun place to visit and look around, but stick to buying your animals elsewhere. more
