This place stinks to high heaven! It's amazing how the employees can stand working there. No wonder they're so grumpy all the time! Go elsewhere.

Long Gone Serramonte Pet store 3/18/2018

Today is March 17, 2018. There is no Serramonte Pet store any more. There hasn't been for several years. They had to move out as the center wanted something more important like Jamba Juice or Kids stuff. The store moved to another location towards Pacific but it was never the same. I bought my Japanese chin dog there. He just died yesterday after 12 years of a good home and happiness for everybody. I loved to go to that pet store, the owner was kind and thoughtful.... It was a worthwhile business that brought happiness to many customers. more

Yuck 12/22/2005

Nobody sells dogs and cats in a mall pet shop anymore. I can't bear the thought of keeping them caged and unattended for hours. I could never buy anything from a store that shows such lack of care or respect for their animals. more

Great Pet Shop 9/4/2005

Serramonte Pet Shop is located in the Serramonte Mall which is very convenient if you have errands to do. You can do all of your shopping and your pet's too! They have a wide selection of pet supplies but not everything you need. They don't specialize in one type of pet but they do offer almost all you basic needs. I'm more of a fish tank person so I go there to check out the new shipment of fishes they get each week and they're prices arent to bad either. They also have reptiles available in a separate room with viewing pleasure. Check this pet shop out if youre ever at Serramonte Mall, you won't be dissapointed. more

Serramonte Pet Shop 8/15/2005

The Serramonte Pet Shop is located located in the Serramonte mall on the other end of the food court. It is sometimes overlooked since it is all the way in the corner. But it is a really nice store. I like going in just to look at their puppies in the back of the store. They are so cute. The staff are very nice and take the puppies out for you to pet if you ask. more

cute displays 8/11/2005

I've always enjoyed my visit to the Serramonte Pet Shop. When I was younger, I would always go to the store while my mother goes shopping (the pet shop is located inside the Serramonte Shopping Center). There are so many things to see in that little stores, their birds, dogs, cats, fishes, hamsters etc. They also have an abundant amount of food and pet supplies for sale. more

Serramonte Pet Shop 8/9/2005

Everyone loves the Serramonte Pet Shop because it is such a big store with so many animals to play with. They have birds, turtles, cats, dogs, hamsters, fish, you name it they have it! It is located inside the Serramonte mall next to the restrooms and telephones area. The items they sell are pretty cheap and it's a great place to take the kids because kids love looking at the animals and petting some of them. They also have cool foods and toys just for the pets! more

Good pet store 8/6/2005

This pet store has a lot of animals, but lack quantity. THe store is a little small, but there are a lot of things packed into it. The puppies and cats are the main attractions for this store, but you view them through a glass window. You could ask them to take out the puppy to play with which is good. If you are looking for a particular brand of pet food, i do not suggest this store, but if you want to buy pets, then this is the right place to go! more

Puppies are so cute 8/5/2005

When you walk into the store, you can see all of the lovely animals. There are rabbits, hamsters, and birds. There is a two-head turtle on display, but not on sale. Near the rear of the store, there are puppies. It is a bit sad to look at them because they are trapped inside the cage. All of them are really cute. When you watch the dog bark and run around , you want to buy one and take care of it. Besides pets, you can buy pet food or toys for your pets to play with. more
