They did a great job on my car. I was rearend and had about $5000 in damages, and you would never know it, it is like new.

Ruined my truck and leaving my family stranded 12/15/2011

Good: NONE. Bad: Everything. Improvements: Pay me for what you have done. Other: State Farm client hit us in driver's door. We brought it to Vin's, a State Farm approved vendor, to repair. They pulled our door off, and doing so cut all the wires. First, there is no need to cut ANY wires as the door switch will fit through the hole. Secondly, they went under the dash and cut the wires to the alarm that had nothing to do with the door. The wires do NOT GO THROUGH THE DOOR, therefore did not need to be severed. They did not know how to put it back together and requested State Farm pay for. more

Negligent repairs have left my family without vehicle and owner refuses to correct problem even while admitting fault. This has gone on over a year! 12/15/2011

They do good work but too expensive for my tastes 8/5/2005

I took my car to get an estimate here after I got into a fender bender one time. The accident was not my fault. The estimate that they gave me to fix my car was absolutely ridiculous. I would agree that this place does great body work but they overcharge way too much for what they do. I would not recommend using Vin's unless you just had the extra money to burn. As for me, I do not and so I choose to bring my business elsewhere. more
