Edible Arrangements

Wow, this place is absolutely awesome. It beats getting someone flowers any day. I think this is one of the coolest stores. Basically, as the name implies, they make arrangements that look like a floral arrangement, but that are edible. Most are made with fruits like strawberries and pineapples, but they also have chocolate ones as well. If you are looking to get someone a special gift and want to do something other than flowers, check out Edible Arrangements. They have several locations throughout New York City. They are a bit pricey and this isn't something that I would get all the time, but it is nice for special occasions. more

Edible Arrangements are exactly what they sound like: arrangements that you can eat. They look like a bouquet of flowers, but instead of being flowers, the arrangement is made of fruit such as berries, melon, pineapple, etc. This is a unique gift to send to someone who is sick of getting flowers all the time. It is different and definitely an eye-catcher. The fruit is high-quality and the arrangements come out looking really nice. I ordered one for my father to send to a friend for his 50th birthday. The arrangement really shocked him and definitely left a mark. The one drawback is the price. Simply put, this isn't cheap. You can definitely get flowers for less, but if you are looking for something out of the ordinary that will leave an impact (and fill someone's stomach!), I would recommend this place. They also deliver in the vicinity and have franchises around the area. more
