I didn't go here to have my nails done. I had a wax. The location was great but when I walked in, I was led into a room that was open to other rooms in the place. The lighting was awful which makes it almost impossible to do a good wax job. Some of the workers were coming in to chat with the person doing the service for me. One said "I could never have a wax. Does that hurt" You really don't want to talk to people when you are having your arms waxed. Anway, it was unprofessional and the job was done poorly.
