Schumacher is a great dealership. We leased a VW Toureg from them in September of 2003. The Toureg still had several kinks to be worked out since it was a new model. After having to take it back to them several times, they let us out of our lease and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family. We then leased an Envoy and they included a dvd entertainment system for us.
I feel they went out of their way to make us happy and to make sure we were in a vehicle we would be happy with.
We have since leased another car from them and are happy with the service we have received.
