Dr. Hodges is an excellent professional and he CARES about his patients. He actually sits and talks with you about anything and never rushes you out the door. He respects his patients, and when I wanted to have a relatively new procedure performed in 2000 (uterine artery embolization, also called uterine fibroid embolization), he called the doctor that I had talked with to discuss my case. Though at first he had recommended I have a hysterectomy to end my severe bleeding, after careful discussion of my case with Dr. Ted Chambers, he told me that he had changed his mind, and would go along with my decision and that of Dr. Chambers. As a result, I was able to manage my fibroid situation without a hysterectomy and today, at age 57, have gone through menopause without a hitch and feel fantastic. I have had many OB/gyns in the last 40 years, and I can say that if you choose Dr. Hodges, you will get a caring, devoted, and totally professional doctor to care for you.
