Casa Sol serves, what else, Mexican food of course. You name it they have it. Enchiladas, Burritos, Nachos, Fajitas, Quesadillas, Tacos, and on and on; they even serve breakfast, but I haven't ever tried it. They also serve beer and margaritas (unlike other fast food mexican restaurants). Okay, it isn't really a typical give your order, get your food in 1 minute, sit down and eat, and your on the road again type of fast food restaurant. Instead, you walk in and order from the menu, which is painted on the wall. Each dish has a number, so you decide what you want and order by number. Then you wait for your number to be called, which can be anywhere from 2-5 minutes. While you wait you can use your spare time to fill little condiment cups with salsa, pico de gallo, jalapenos, onions, etc. Depending on the time of day the condiment area can be pretty messy where people dribbled here and dropped this there.
