We had our HVAC system inspected and serviced today by Vital Air. Their technician (Olie) was prompt, friendly, and very professional. Couldn't ask for more!!

Fast / Friendly / Knowledgeable 7/12/2022

Vital Air technicians have always been able to provide fantastic service for my home units within a day or two of my calling with an issue! They arrive on time, are obviously very well trained, and have solved issues that I feared would require replacement quickly with very reasonable charges. This company will be my go-to for anything HVAC related, or air quality related for a very long time! more

Excellent service, on time and affordable 6/21/2022

Chuck was an incredible resource and support. Unsure of when our last maintenance check was done on our A/C unit, we scheduled an appointment. Their staff were super friendly and we were able to get an appointment within a week. They have notifications set up so you know exactly when a tech is headed your way, their name and even their picture! Very impressed with their level of service. Chuck went the extra mile to talk to about the differences in filters on the system and made some recommendations for maintenance that we will be putting into practice. Highly recommend Vital Air Services! And if you get the chance, ask for Chuck! more

The technician who represented Vital Air Services today earned a 5-Star rating in my book. Scott's diligent attentiveness in servicing my HVAC unit was truly exceptional. His attention to details, his courtesy, his patience in answering my questions, his workmanship and overall knowledge and demeanor were excellent! Thank you Scott. more

Rodney Review 4/14/2022

Rodney has been very professional and helpful. He found major problems during the semi-annual maintenance visit several days ago which would have been very disruptive if left unattended. The AC unit was totally inoperative and the furnace was limping along on its last legs. Rodney came out today (4-14-22)and replaced all the requisite equipment and left the work space cleaned up and uncluttered, very professional. This is a rental property and our tenants are very appreciative that this was taken care of before the heat of the season set in. Good work Rodney and Vital Air Services. more

Replacement installation 4/25/2021

I had a Mitsubishi mini-split system since 2007 that still worked very well but, had become very loud and with age becoming a question, we decided to have a new Mitsubishi system installed with the new "floor mount" arrangement. Let me assure you, the new systems are worth the money and they are actually a "whisper" when running. The Vital air installation team were great and we had fun getting to know them. Thanks Vital Air for an enjoyable experience! more

Luana helped set up the appointment. Aaron, the HVAC technician showed up on time, completed the repair on the Mitsubishi ductless split system in a timely manner. He explained the repair and sent a follow up report. more

Excellent Service 11/19/2020

Brian assisted in getting an appointment set-up for a technician to come to the house to inspect temperature variance in a bedroom. She was professional and kept me well informed of the upcoming appointment. Eddie, the technician arrived and introduced himself. He was professional and very friendly. Eddie briefed me on what he had done to fix the problem. Overall - great service! more

The service technicians are always well-mannered, clean, and respectful of COVID-19 requirements. I could not get an answer the first day I called. spoke early to someone but got no response for 5 hours with a couple of voice mails left during that time. called and responded as a new customer and was answered right away. so much for existing customers. 4 days later when I finally got heat again the tech was very diligent til he found problem and repaired. customer for 2 and 1/2 years. more
