You certainly do not pay a visit to 369 cafe for the ambiance. This place is so crowded at times that you have to be crammed into any available table with strangers, just so they can maximize the amount of space in the joint. One time we were waiting in line and my family was told to share a table. When my parents said they'd rather wait, the wait staff reacted as though it was an absurd request! Other than the lack of personal space, this place is good for cheap, quick, edible chinese food. It's decent.
