Seth is such a terrific pest control technician and very knowledgeable of all aspects of his job. He is patient, approachable, and made me feel that my fear and concerns of scorpions are understandable. More importantly, he made me feel confident that he was at my home to alleviate those fears and concerns. He did. He is an outstanding technician and a great trainer to Wes who also is wonderful. I would have either of these gentlemen as regular techs at my home because they are so conscientious. more

Ed Sakugawa is the most professional, honest, hardworking technician we have ever used. Ed puts LOTS of material on the ground and if ever we have any questions or problems he is just a phone call away. Eric Burch also rules! He did the followup on my insect problem. He was well mannered and professional. He didn't stand and chit chat, or rush like I wasn't there. Just perfectly professionally in the middle. :) more

It's so great knowing that Bulwark and Sione Tuiaki are there to take care of our needs. We have used Bulwark for years and have never had a bad experience. We have had an especially bad year for the dreaded black cockroaches. At night I take the dogs out in the back yard and the roaches are hanging on the block walls, scurrying around the cool deck on the pool and basically creating chaos. Not conducive to taking the dogs out. Sione came out today and took extra care of the bad areas out back. Thanks so much for making my four legged family more comfortable in their back yard. more

Sione is great. I have 1/2 acre and went the extra mile. He not only do the house, but the property and shop. 2 weeks later had an odd issue with some ants at the kitchen island. Called and came out the same day to address it. Awesome ...... more

Just wanted to let the world know Sione came out and sprayed my house today. He also handled some silly spiders who thought it would be fun to build a web on one of my bushes. Little did those silly spiders know I have Bulwark behind me. Thank you as always to the amazing people that work at Bulwark. I don't know how anyone can hate on the tech's when they are busy killing these home invaders who think its okay to share ham sandwich's. Thanks to Sione for listening to my WB-40 story and laughing with me and not at me! Also, thank you for answering my millions of questions.
